What age can children start learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at your school?

Do I need any prior martial arts experience to join

No prior experience is necessary. We welcome individuals at all skill levels.

What should I wear for my first class?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing like workout pants and a t-shirt for your first class.

How often should I attend classes to see progress?

We recommend attending classes at least twice a week to see noticeable improvements.

Can Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu help with weight loss?

Yes, it is great for weight loss, improving cardiovascular health, and increasing overall strength.

Are there special programs for women

Yes, will offer women-only classes that focus on self-defense techniques and building strength. This program is new and looking for at 10 women, to make a women's only class. Please inquire to find out more

Refund Policy

Our Policy is pretty simple.
If you sign up online, Try Your First Class, choose not to continue, we will refund on the spot. Once you take the gear and leave the building there are NO Refunds! You have 8 weeks to get your value out of the gear and classes. Simple.
